Gordon heads Township Welfare, Erie County Health District and the Huron Joint Recreation District
Gordon, a lifelong resident of Huron, is the fifth generation of his family to farm in Huron. He is a graduate of Huron High School and Bowling Green State University. He is the owner/operator of Hahn Farms which includes a road side market for sweet corn and produce. Gordon is a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Erie County Farm Bureau, where he serves on the board. He enjoys being a volunteer basketball coach in the Huron City Schools.
As a Huron Township Trustees, he is also a member of the Ohio Township Trustees Association and the Eric County Township Association.
Gordon and his wife, Mary Ann, have four grown children.
Eddie heads Erie County EMA, Rescue Squad Fund, Erie Regional Planning, Ohio Township Assoc., and the Huron Joint Recreation District
Edward "Eddie" Wimmer has lived and worked in Erie County for much of his lifetime. He is graduate of Sandusky High School and attended Terra Community College and studied Police Science and Administration. He is a graduate of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy. Eddie worked for the Erie County Sheriff's office for 27 years, retiring in 2019. Currently he is employed as the Zone Building Supervisor/Grounds for BGSU Firelands while owning and operating EW's Handyman Services, LLC in Huron.
Eddie is a proud member of the National Fraternal Order of Police along with the local Lake Erie Lodge #17.
